Baked Potatoes with Yummy Toppings

Seamaiden at Book of Yum was wondering what the "yummy toppings" are that I put on my baked potato. Well, here's a few:

• Butter
• Sour Cream
• Shredded Cheddar Cheese (of course)
• Turkey Bacon
• Caramelized Onions
• Corn, Peas, Broccoli, any other Frozen Veg I have in the freezer
• S & P

I always rub the potato skin with a little shortening and sprinkle it with sea salt before I bake it. It doesn't get "yummier" than that!
