He says he'll help; what a great guy!
- Monday - Tomato soup (this was so good we want to have it again; also, we're out of pretty much everything else!)
- Tuesday - Oven-fried chicken, rice, veggies
- Wednesday - Tortilla pizzas
- Thursday - Quesadillas
- Friday - Mexican Lasagna
This week Tim and I start playing with our city's Summer Band. That means that we have a 7:00 rehearsal every Wednesday and a 7:00 concert every Thursday for the next 8 weeks. Needless to say, we'll be doing quick and easy meals on those two nights!
As usual, check out Org Junkies Menu Plan Monday!

Hello,
This is a question not related to this specific post. My son is wheat allergic, not gluten-intolerant. The kicker is that he has also become allergic to garbanzo beans and black beans. My husband and I both feel we watched these allergies develop out of the blue, the garbanzo bean specifically after the addition of "wheat-free" products with the bean flour. He is also allergic to peas and peanuts and with all of these legume allergies together we have decided to pull all beans out of his diet except green beans. He is also allergic to eggs and bananas. Do you know of anyone in a similar situation? A diet free of all his allergic foods is tricky enough but a large quantity of wheat-free, frugal recipes are out the window with the legume allergy. Anyone in a similar situation could provide valuable help! Thanks--C.
