Macaroni and Cheese


Yesterday was my first attempt making Macaroni and Cheese from scratch. It turned out alright, though not great. I'll definitely be tweaking this recipe after I consult with my sister Rae (she's a cooking whiz!). So, I'm not going to share the recipe this time, but if I get it just right, I'll let you know!

Hi Everybody,
Mac and cheese is always tricky to make from scratch. I think it has to do with working with different cheese's, to melt them correctly so they come out smooth. Different melting points, maybe? I wonder if using a double-boiler to melt the cheese would help? If it turns out so-so well, there's always Mrs. Dash to the rescue! Love Dad :-)
