- 16 oz. Tinkyada pasta, or other gluten free pasta, cooked
- ½ lb. ground turkey (easier on the budget than a full pound of ground beef)
- Diced onion
- Tomato sauce
- Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses
Cook the ground turkey and onions together. Add the tomato sauce and heat until warm. Add some S & P if desired. Add hot sauce (like Frank's) if you want; I always do!
Stir in the cooked pasta and some parmesan. Sprinkle mozzarella on the top and place under the broiler until the cheese melts.
I usually make this in my all metal stockpot so it can go straight into the oven.
